Comprised of professional women in the workforce, as well as graduate level students, the sisters of Alpha Xi Alumnae Chapter strive to uphold the vision and values of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated.

Our mission is not only to provide a space for sisters to serve and participate within our organization, but to provide guidance to undergraduate sisters, promote higher education, as well as professionalism by fostering the development of the Universal Woman through community, professional, and cultural activities.
Alumnae sisters of Lambda Theta Alpha are professional, career-oriented women, wives, mothers and college graduates of all ages and ethnic backgrounds who are greatly devoted and involved with helping the community and empowering women.
